The educational itinerary takes place along "The Ancient Pear Tree Path" and offers sensory and environmental activities designed for children.
In the "Blindfolded Tasting" workshop, participants practice recognizing different foods without seeing them, relying entirely on taste and smell. Inspired by the sensory workshop "The Fruit Game," this activity helps children understand how their senses work and highlights the vital role smell plays in our experience of food.
The journey continues with "Waste Sorting on the Farm," which introduces children to nature’s cycles and sustainable waste management through composting. After a snack of fruit and lemonade, the children collect the leftover peels and add them to the compost pile, observing firsthand how microorganisms transform organic waste into natural humus.
